For Domestic Orders:

Our services from our shipping aggregator (shipping service) include an in-depth inspection of the products, premium packing, insurance for the parcels, quick & on-time delivery, and prompt communication at each stage of the shipping process.

Each order is processed within 1-3 business days after it is received.

Every stage of the process will be communicated to you, including when the order is placed, shipped, and delivered.

Depending on the pin code, the order will arrive at its destination between 1 and 5 business days after being ordered.

You may anticipate your order to arrive at your doorstep 2 to 8 business days after you place it.

To guarantee that you receive your order on time and in good condition, we have partnered with the best courier and logistics service providers.

Due to any inescapable and unforeseen circumstances, operational and shipment delays could occasionally last for 2-4 business days.

For International Orders:

All International orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect the delivery of the order within 7-10 business days. We are shipping within Canada and India.

Only Applicable for International Orders:

Custom charges and handling rates if applicable, will be shared at the time of delivery by the logistics service provider. Please find below the terms and conditions pertaining to Custom and Handling charges:

• Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
• Check the tentative Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on the respective government portals.
• Before placing the order, kindly check the cosmetic laws and regulations established by the local government in your country.
• These charges will have to be borne by the customer. Kulture Canada is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.
• The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value does not include these charges.
• If the customer refuses to pay the liable shipment custom charges upon its arrival in the destination country, the brand will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.

Express Delivery:

Please be aware that express shipment does not necessarily mean express processing. Processing still takes two to three business days or longer. If you select Express shipment, your purchase will be delivered in 2-3 business days as opposed to the 3-5 business days required for standard shipment. The delivery date is estimated by Kulture Canada and (shipping service), however, there may be unavoidable delays. The same will not be held against Kulture Canada in any way.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:

At Kulture Canada, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold and delivered.

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or tampered product, please contact our Customer Care within 24 hours with photos and videos. We will offer reverse pick-up for the return. For quality issues, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.

We are not responsible for any damage after delivery, and damages caused by improper use or care are not covered under our return policy.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. All return requests will be reviewed by Kulture Canada.

Once a product is sold, it cannot be refunded. If a product is out of stock or due to unforeseen circumstances, we may offer store credit instead of a refund or exchange within 48 hours. Items on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges will only be processed after the product has been received and inspected at our office.
